About safety

                                                                                    Safety Rules

1.) RULE # 1 and THE MOST IMPORTANT: A responsible adult must be on site and closely supervise all activity while any inflatable or piece of our equipment is in operation. You, the customer are responsible for providing such supervision during the entire time that our party rental equipment is in your possession.
2.) Do not overload the inflatable. The maximum capacity for the Bounce House #1, #2 or #3 is 8 kids or 800 lbs., should never be exceeded. In case of the toddlers bounce house the limit is 2 to 3 kids or 45 lbs, should never be exceeded. Only kids under 5 years old are allowed inside the toddlers bounce house. For the water slide the limit is only 2 kids at the same time.
3.) Do not use the inflatable during periods of rain, lightning or excessive winds (15 mph or greater). In the event of severe weather, (lightning, thunder, rain or high winds) instruct all occupants to immediately exit the inflatable, turn it off and DO NOT allow re-entry until the weather clears.
4.) All inflatables are physically challenging. Any person with a health impairment, disease, high blood pressure, back, neck or other bone/joint problems, or any other conditions that might cause problems when physical challenges should not be allowed in any inflatable.
5.) Remove shoes, necklaces, eyeglasses, jewelry and other hard or sharp objects prior to entering any inflatable.
6.) Extensive cleanup inside or around the equipment (including pet feces or pee) will result in a clean up fee paid by the customer. The installation area should be clean before arrival. Any sanitization of the equipment will be charged at $20 or higher depending on each situation.
7.) No hot objects are allowed in or near any inflatable. All participants should empty their pockets before entering the inflatable.
8.) Bounce houses are for dry use, water slides are designed to be used with water. Not following the recommendations will cause in damage to the equipment.
9.) No silly string is allowed inside or in a close proximity where it may come in contact with our inflatable. If silly string comes in contact with any part of our inflatable, damage charges will be applied. No gum, face paint, candy, food or drinks are allowed inside any inflatable.
10.) Absolutely no flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough housing are allowed in the inflatable.
11.) Participants in a bouncer and generally all inflatables should be grouped according to age and size to avoid injury.
12.) Participants should not sit or lay down while others are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child.
13.) No jumping down any slide surface. Participants must come down any slide surface one at a time, feet first.
14.) Do not run or jump through the door into or out of the inflatable. Do not attempt to climb on the window mesh/screening of any inflatable.
15.) Do not jump on the entry step of any inflatable. Do not climb on the exterior of the inflatable.
16.) Customer is not allowed to move or re-locate the bounce house or water slide.
17.) Please don’t connect any other electronic, fan, motor or device to the same outlet of the motor blower for the bounce house; that will cause the breaker to trip.
18.) If anchors come loose or should the inflatable begin to deflate during operation, immediately and calmly instruct all participants to exit the inflatable and call the delivery crews’ emergency number (832) 965-9147 or our office number (832) 965-9182 for assistance.
19.) Keep children away from the blower, the blower is not a toy. Do not insert foreign objects into the blower. Do not insert fingers, toes, etc. into the blower, or may cause injury.

                                                                            Safety for Tents

Do not use any tent during periods of heavy rain, lightning or excessive winds (15mph or greater). In the event of severe weather, (lightning, thunder, rain or high winds) instruct all occupants to immediately exit the tent and DO NOT allow re-entry until the weather clears. Do not lie on or push or climb any post or tent mechanism. Canopy tents and pop up tents are only for light weight use and are not 100% water proof. The purpose of the canopy is to provide shade. Do not try to move any post, anchor or the complete tent. Moving the tent to a different place can cause injuries and damages to people, equipment and private/public property. Customer is not allowed to set up, tear down or relocate any tent under any circumstance. Tent should be at least 2 feet apart from any structures, buildings or windows. Tents are set up per customers request onsite. If customer is not onsite, the crew will install the tent or canopy where they see fit. If the customer is not onsite and there is a responsible third party (friend, family member, etc.) at that moment, the customer will accept the decision taken the third party unconditionally because of their absence. Do not exceed the maximum capacity for each type of tent for safety reasons. All capacities are described on our website for reference. Do not install any heater, grill, stove, flame, fire pit, combustion motor, inflatable, balloons, helium, or any other equipment not previously discussed with Panda Party Rentals. Any damage caused to the tent due to negligence, terrorism, acts of nature, or any type of accident, will be covered by the client including shipping cost, the cost to fix or replace the tent. Some of the common issues but not limited to are writing or graffiti, gum on walls, damaging the tent with sharp objects or any type of accident due to installing an external equipment described previously. An adult must be present at all the time when children are under the tent. Keep children away from tent structure and installation equipment. Do not run, jump or climb ladders inside the tent. If anchors or barrels come loose or if the tent begins to collapse during operation, immediately and calmly instruct all participants to exit the tent and call the delivery crew number (832) 965-9182 or our office number (832) 965-9147 for assistance. Not following these instructions can result in damage to the equipment. Charges to fix or replace the tent or bounce house will be covered by the customer. Panda Party Rentals is not, under any circumstance, responsible or liable for injuries or fatalities resulting from the use of the unit. By signing this document, the paying costumer and/or third responsible party who receives the equipment agrees to follow and adhere to the terms and conditions above.
